Freddy J. Nager

Freddy J. Nager, Founder + Director

Freddy directs all analysis and strategy development. He has over two decades of experience in marketing and media, and currently teaches at the University of Southern California. Prior positions include Sr. Interactive Copywriter at major ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi, and Copywriter & Website Editor at MCA Records/Universal Music Group. Ana LaDou

Ana LaDou, Non-Profit Analyst + Strategist

Ana works with nonprofit clients as a fixer, efficiency expert, change agent, and leadership consultant. In addition to consulting with Marketing Forensics, Ana serves as Executive Director of the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and Owner of LaDou Strategic Advisory. Her two decades of experience include CEO positions with a variety of nonprofit organizations, and management roles with media and marketing companies, including Director of Marketing & Promotions for Miramax. Ana received her BA from Columbia.

Jessica Nimoy

Jessica Nimoy, Business Analyst + Strategic Planner

Jessica conducts detailed analysis, strategic planning, and operational implementation. Through agency work she has directed marketing research and analysis projects for such entertainment and media clients as E!, ABC, Esquire, Sony, Warner Bros., Food Network, FX, and Disney. Jessica received her MBA from the University of Southern California and her BA from the University of California San Diego.

Rick Sanchez

Rick Sanchez, Media Engineer + Digital Analyst

Rick conducts website data analyses, which he mastered under Google executive Avinash Kaushik. Previous projects include the National Brain Tumor Society and the American Museum of Natural History. Rick also founded and runs Post Haste Media, which recently sound-engineered the Grammy Tribute to Quincy Jones & Al Schmitt.

Wesley Sawan

Wesley Sawan, Operations & Finance Forensics

Wes began his career as an investment banker with such top tier firms as UBS and Deutsche Bank. He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations for two manufacturers, and Business Intelligence Consultant to Toyota. One of his capstone achievements was the aggressive turnaround of a company during the recent recession. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Imperial College (England), a Master’s in Finance from University of Reading (England), and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Nancy Kuo

Nancy Kuo, Business Development Associate

Nancy is both a marketer and a professionally trained violinist (Berklee College of Music). Her past gigs include serving as a Research Analyst for ASCAP, District Manager for instrument manufacturer Conn-Selmer, and guest musician with a number of L.A. bands. She currently runs the top-rated violin studio in L.A. Nancy received her BA from Berklee and her Certificate in Marketing from UCLA.

Gianna Nicolay

Gianna Nicolay, Business Development Associate

Gianna is currently a graduate student in the MA in Communications Management program at the University of Southern California. Her areas of expertise include website content strategy and communications research and analysis. Gianna received her BA in Communication Studies & Urban and Regional Development Studies from UCLA.
